Julio is an enthusiastic entrepreneur with 31 years of artistic career as an actor, producer, and cultural manager. Highlights of his long career include the award “Order city of Bejuma in his unique class” and the recognition “Order Merit to Work” for the artistic trajectory for the defense and promulgation of the cultural identity of the country and the region. Founder of the Altuequi Group, Silhouettes theatre, and the National Theatre and Circus Network of the Venezuela Foundation 2008-2018. Dreamer and creator of projects with a clear objective, to influence the transformation of society by means of culture and the arts.
